An estimate report (Also known as a Desktop Valuation or Computer Assisted Valuation) – This is the starting point to determine what a property is worth.

It is a time-efficient and cost-efficient valuation report, which provides you with a quick estimate of a property’s value. No physical inspection of the property is done, but our professional valuers with more than 26 years know what to look for in drawing up this report.

 

When further re-assurance on a property’s value is required, a Valuation Certificate or Comprehensive Motivated Report should be obtained.
